All I could taste was bell peppers…that flavor took over and couldn’t taste anything else. Bell peppers aren’t in classic minestrone. I won’t be buying it again.

      Hi, Jara,

I’m totally with you about bell peppers – not a fan. In my can of minestrone, the bell pepper flavor didn’t stand out so much. I also added a dash of salt and squeezed a little lemon juice in it, a habit I’ve developed for most soups.

I’m sorry to hear that your soup wasn’t so good. Did you try the lentil soup? I really liked that – better than the minestrone, too!

      Take care and happy TJ’ing!

      -Judy
